This is Seiko 9983-7000 released in 1978 Seiko flagship quartz model with an advertised accuracy of +\- 5 seconds a year. Watch is in exceptional condition with nothing more than just hairline usage marks. Have not seen this particular watch with box and original paperwork up for sale in an extremely long time. Watch was just professionally serviced with a new battery installed as well....
