Vintage Waltham Ladies Wrist Watch W/original Box - Parts Or Repair

This vintage ladies wristwatch is from the 30's - 40's and belonged to a Gilmore family relative. The back has the initials "MG" engraved on it (The 'G' stands for Gilmore). The original Waltham box is included along with the business card of the watchmaker in Pittsburgh, PA. I assume this is who sold the watch originally. The watch is missing the crown, and I have no idea if that is the only problem with the watch. The movement is Swiss made by Schild Bros Co. (See photo) If you are a collector...
