Vintage Womens Gucci Moon Watch - Works Running - New Battery

I have not been able to find a listed Gucci watch of this type, so it may have been in limited production. The case is gold plated over stainless steel, but a good bit of the plating has come off. I am not familiar with how to set the day or moon phase. The jewelry store set those for me when I had battery put in. The watch has been keeping time since the new battery was put in.
