This vintage Swiss "ELGIN 10K GOLD FILLED" as marked, is in very clean excellent working condition. The dial winds up and the watch keeps good time. This watch has been taken good care of for what looks like nearly a century. The back of the watch has an unusually large formed or stamped engravement that appears to be the letters ES, which is likely Swiss lettering of some Sort.
