Vintage Women's Omega Watch 14k Gold Filled

Up for sale is a vintage Omega woman's watch that I know very little about. I can't get the back off without taking chance of marring up the sides. I wound it up and it seems to be moving. Did not wind too much to keep from damaging it. Had 14k gold fill under where the strap would attach. The watch is 1 ' tall by 1/2 wide.
