Offering a vintage Elgin 19 Jewel Women's Mechanical Wristwatch 10k RGP (rolled gold plate) It has two (2) tiny, tiny diamonds.(Tested). Spiedel band with safety chain. This is a mechanical wind watch, it worked and kept time during a short test, but has been in storage for years so could benefit from servicing and cleaning. Band measures 5 3/4". Clasp works well.
