Recently found at an estate sale, taken from storage. Marked on clasp- 1/40 10K Rolled G.F.Pat 2,097,955 Patent for the clasp was approved in 1937. The band does not connect as a section is missing. Case has numerous scratches on the back.I assume from the previous owner checking the gold content. Mechacical watch does run, not checked for accuracy. Will need to be serviced I assume.
