This is a Vtg. 1938 Elgin 10K RGP Men's Watch with English Pig Skin Strap and the Original Box in Very Good Condition and Works but it does stop and start! When I first got this watch I wound it and tapped it a few times and it ran for about 5 hours on a partial wind up. I suspect this watch may only need cleaned and oiled, it does not appear to have been worn much, there are no scratches on the crystal that I can see and the strap looks original and in very good condition.  The crown has...
