This movement does run but with very low amplitude and it is directionally challenged if you leave it face down it will run. I'm pretty sure this needs a very good bath and fresh oil. There is no band to speak of, and in looking at the movement it actually looks quite nice. Once you remove the spacer ring you can see the back of the dial and it looks a bit dingy. The rest of the watch looks pretty decent for its age. This is a 26 mm x 10 thick. Lugs are 14.5 mm. Please see photos....
