Watch is pre-owned. Customer brought this Watch in before COVID-19 for repair. He did not have the original back case cover. Our job was to find a back case cover that he can wear the watch with and it would secure the watch which we did. Customer never picked up Watch. So basically, we put a new aftermarket back cover on the watch so it can be worn securely.
