Waltham Premier wristwatch, probably from about 1940. The case bezel has wear, with a lot of deep scratches. The movement starts running strong when wound, but we don't know how long or how accurately. Hand sets, but the winding stem wanders in and out, instead of clicking. The dial has darkened areas.
