Working Vintage 1942 Lady Elgin 619 WWII Era Gold Filled Mechanical Wristwatch Runs healthy and strong!Not tested for long term accuracy.I didn't even know they had such tiny watches back in the 40sUS made 19 jewel movement.Case and band are all gold filled.I'd much rather see this fine crafted 82 year old working timepiecesold than scrapped out for the gold fill.Shows only very slight wear.
