W/video Citizen Blue Angles Navihawk C300 Q00842 Ta "works" But Needs Work!

This Citizen C300 Blue Angle watch is running, but has a couple issues. It may or may not be set up correctly, but I was not able to get the hands to show the same time as the digital clock which I was able to set. The hands ARE running, just can't seem tp set them to digital time. The last pic shows a close up of the digital time/date area and you'll see there are couple LCD segments missing.
